Consumer Feedback is rich source of information that helps health services understand the experience of care by patients, carers and families. The information is invaluable in helping us to plan and design service improvements and support the delivery of safer, person-centred care.

When we provide you with information on how your feedback has influenced decisions or projects, we call this 'Closing the Loop'.
