We want to hear from you

We are proud to service a vibrant multicultural community where people speak many languages and practice different cultures. We are developing a new Multicultural Action Plan for our health service to help us ensure all of our patients and their families feel welcome, safe and supported by our services.

To help us develop this new plan we are inviting feedback from people with culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds who have accessed our hospitals or community based health services. We would like to hear from patients and their families. You can view our services here and their locations on the map below.
