What Matters to You? is a simple question that enables patients, families or carers to share information about what is important to then.
By asking, listening and responding to what matters to you, we are placing our patients and their families at the centre of their healthcare journey and building relationships to improve the patient experience.
This person-centred care initiative encourages more meaningful conversations between patients, carers, families and health care staff to ensure care is aligned with patient's preferences. These conversations also help the treating team to build trust, develop empathy and better understand our patients.
