What Matters to You? is a simple question that enables patients, families or carers to share information about what is important to then.
By asking, listening and responding to what matters to you, we are placing our patients and their families at the centre of their healthcare journey and building relationships to improve the patient experience.
This person-centred care initiative encourages more meaningful connections between patients, carers, families and health care staff, ensuring every voice is heard and care is personalised. These conversations help the treating team to provide compassionate care that recognises what truly matters to each person.
Thank you for your responses to our survey.
The survey is now closed.
We received 73 responses to the survey. The results of the survey, including key themes, were fed back to the statewide What Matters to You working group. These responses will be used to tailor the messaging in the resources that will support the roll out of the 'What Matters to You?' movement across WA Health.
Thank you again for your participation.
